General conditions for this type of contract
- The maximum advance payment period is 2 years., and for this purpose, the operating time of the flat shall be of 4 years.
- This method of payment is subject to the full annual exploitation of the flat, The owner is not allowed to use the property at any time of the year.
- Payment in advance will depend on the duration of the contract, which will be established on a personalised basis for each flat, duration and situation after having been visited by our staff and having analysed the details of each one of them.
- There is a need for a certificate of the administration of estates to confirm that tourist rental is allowed in the community of neighbours. There are communities that have banned tourist dwellings, which limits renting to flats that already had a tourist licence in force before the meeting at which the decision was taken.
- At Grupo ACV we can take care of bring all necessary licences and requirements up to date to start renting a flat legally if you have never done so before. These procedures are subject to the payment of additional costs, which may be deducted from the negotiated offer.

What do we need from you?
- 3 sets of single keys (with access to the house and the building), an access to the swimming pool (if applicable) and a garage control (if applicable).
- DNI of the owner of the property
- Bank ownership certificate (you can get it from your bank or even from your bank's own APP).
- A IBI receipt or the first pages of the title deeds stating that the property is owned by the person presenting the DNI and signing the contract
- Number of home insurance policy and company
- Tourist licence in force (if you do not have it, Grupo ACV offers the service of taking the necessary steps to obtain it).
- Certificate of planning compatibility for tourism purposes
- Land register number (NRA)
- Energy performance certificate in force
- Inventory of the flat. On this page you will find a list of the basic furnishings that the flat will need to be comfortable and complete for the clients.
- Certificate of the land administration confirming that the tourist rental is allowed in the community of neighbours
